Okay, today is January first. I've given myself a BIG break over the winter holiday and I'm determined to get down to 120 :mad:

Anyways today the gym wasn't open so I'll start on January 2nd.

Wish me luck and I promise to post daily!

So far I've had smoked meat and a protein shake for breakfast, and mussels for a snack. Lunch has yet to come and gym time is coming up ^^
 
Day 2 : My food was mostly protein today

Just came back from the gym. No cardio today just worked the triceps, shoulders, chest, and legs but I don't feel that my muscles were working that hart. It's weird... Like I'm sweating a little bit but I feel no soreness at all or any straining.

Any comments for that? Got a PT session tomorrow.
 
The soreness usually creeps up on you later the next day. As long as you use good form and good weight, etc you are fine. Looking good, keep it up. :)
 
oh girl its ok i go between 120 and 130 half the time. so don't worry your pretty little head. your hard work will payoff, just stick with ok.. hehe i'm still watching you ;)
 
Heh today was pretty good. Did v-ball at school. Not too much exercise but still something. I also did cardio training today. 400 calories in total. Would've been 600 but I had to talk to someone. Oh well =)
 
Wow... listening to you talk about stuff is like looking in a mirror... I'm 15, female, a little lighter than you and a bit taller, but my BF is in the lower 20s I think... and we're playing volleyball at school too. But I think you're probably more dedicated than I am :) So way to go! Keep it up.

Ugh, I need someone to keep me accountable. I think I'll ask my bro, but he's not too accountable himself :)
