Sculpting + Bulking

Hey all. I've been excercising, mainly running, and dieting for about 5 months. I've lost about 15 pounds. I went from 194 pounds in June to about 180 as of this moment. Height is 6'0. My goal is to look like Edward Norton in American History X, so not Ahnald buff but still look badass.

My work out usually consists:
6 mile run in 50 minutes
60 pivot situps
Hip excercises
Minor weight lifting (bought a 25lb weight for my 19th birthday, used to do 5 reps of 10 for each arm). I've moved up to 40 pounders. I do 5 for each arm before running, and 5 after running. Also, I started pull-ups just recently because I heard pull-ups use a lot of upper body muscles. My biceps have gotten a little bigger/more sculpted but still need a lot of work before my goal is reached. I need some help/guidance on how to achieve this goal. BTW, I workout by myself.

Thanks.

Eric

Edit: I read on another forum that HIIT is better when you become physically fit. Today I ran for 10min at speed lvl6 on an incline of 7-8 inches for a little over a mile. I did some jump roping, 6 pullups(only one at a time), lifted a 40lb weight 3 times on each arm, pushed 120lb on a chair (not sure what this machine is called), and benched press a couple times.

Is this a good start?

BTW, my upper body (excluding love handles [damn things are a bitch to get off], and biceps) is well toned. All I need is to gain some muscle around my waist and arms.

ok the running is detrimental to your goals of building muscle completely if you still feel the need to lose fat engage in hiit once or twice a week and make sure you know what it actually is. read weight training 101 and nutrition 101.

then make yourself a prgram comprised of
squats
deadlifts
bench
row
dip
pullup
chinup
military press
etc...

Pretty much what the above said.

Atm, focus on getting to the weight you want to be. HIIT is probably the way to go with a 500 calorie deficit.

Then when that hurdle's been jumped start the weights and I'm sure loads of people shall be able to help.

Goodluck
