I have been experiencing something rather strange when jogging outside. Its normally really warm out w/ very little humidity. I live in Cali and if I go jogging early in the morning or afternoon I come home coughing uncontrollably. The first time it happen I actually threw up water. When I run at night or if its pretty cold out I'm perfectly fine, it just started happening this week. I've tried drinking tons of water afterwards, I even tried honey to soothe my throat that didn't help. Also I notice I have a lot of mucus built up while I'm running. I hope I'm not being too graphic.
