School Project

I am doing a school project about the benefits of running. However, I'm having a hard time finding out why running is better than other exercises such as yoga, kickboxing, or pilates. If anyone could give me some advice, I would greatly appreciate it!

It's subjective weather it is better or worse from those others. It's just different. There are some great articles here for your research...
