im 17, 180cm tall, i weigh 71kg and my waist is 35inchs.
im going to start the "12 day fatX program" if you have'nt heard of it check it out at
anyway i wish to find some quick and easy, light and healthy meals for school lunches.
i plan on having 4 small meals a day, breakfast being the largest and dinner the smallest and i would also like a portion of protein with each meal...for breakfast i was just going to make scrambled eggs on seed toads with mushrooms, onions and tomatos mix in. but im lost for lunches to take to school, i would like to prepare my meals at the start of the week, that way i can focus on study and working out and not on cooking.
if you have any recipies for me i would really appreicate the help =)
oh yeah i have access to a microwave, fridge and all your other kitchen appliances at school if that helps =)
