Ok folks..Im working out 5 to 6 days a week hard..Im doing some resistance training & weights, spin twice a week & cardio everyday. Im not eating more than 1500 cal...what am I doing wrong?
 
i peeked in your diary and i'm thinking with all the cardio your doing that you need to up your calories by about 300 a day. how tall are you and what is your current weight?
 
When I 1st started doing cardio, my weight started dropping, however, not long after I began doing weight training, my weight started going back up again. At 1st I was worried but then every week I noticed I wasnt getting any fatter, just heavier. My training partner pointed out to me that Im in the best shape hes ever seen me in & after lookin in the mirror I must admit the muscles are definitely showing thru now.....MUSCLE WEIGHS HEAVIER THAN FAT!!...simple. Thats my opinion anyways, if your putting alot of effort into weights, then like me you have probably put on quite abit of extra muscle...keep it up!
 
Have you noticed any of your clothes fitting any better? Because like above, muscle weighs more than fat, so be sure to keep looking at the other aspects of potential weight loss or body changes! :D Patience is key...
