When I 1st started doing cardio, my weight started dropping, however, not long after I began doing weight training, my weight started going back up again. At 1st I was worried but then every week I noticed I wasnt getting any fatter, just heavier. My training partner pointed out to me that Im in the best shape hes ever seen me in & after lookin in the mirror I must admit the muscles are definitely showing thru now.....MUSCLE WEIGHS HEAVIER THAN FAT!!...simple. Thats my opinion anyways, if your putting alot of effort into weights, then like me you have probably put on quite abit of extra muscle...keep it up!
