Welcome to the forum, witray. I translated your page, to read what you said, but without a common language, it will be hard for us to communicate.
You could try translating into English using an online translation tool. This is a weight-loss support forum & most of us would try to help. :)

I did some work in Indonesia a few years back and had to do a lot of online translation to English. It seemed to work fairly well. Are you able to understand or translate what we are saying?

If so Cate is right if you do the translation to English you will get a lot more response here. I have pasted in below the translation I found for what you wrote, can you say if it is accurate?
