Counting calories in a way has become something like a hobby to me.
The reason why i registered to this board, is that i need to practise my english skills for school [next year i'm doing my final exams
] & i also need to slim a "lil" bit to look good in my new swimsuit. So why not combine both things?
Why i weigh too much? Just because i tend to eat in situations like when i'm frustated, bored or just busy. Best thing i can do is not to have any choclate [uuuuhhh.....i'm so addicted
] in house, cause once started i just cannot stop eating it. I really do envy ppl who can manage to story tons and tons of cookies in a drawer without touching it...
