Sport sauteed shiitake mushrooms

I use chicken broth and some pressed garlic. They taste so good that Im worried they arent healthy. I put them on everything and sometimes I eat them by themselves.

So is cooking them in this way ok to do?
 
Is the chicken broth low/nonfat? (It does sound really good...)
 
it doesnt say low fat on the can but its 1g of fat for a 1/2 cup serving. and i only use about 1/4 cup. so it seems ok but Im not sure if cooking them is destroying the nutrional value or something.
 
Im pretty sure that mushrooms are void of nutrition so you can eat as much as you like. Think "natures rice cake equivalent".
