saunas after a workout?

hey!
i am starting the gym this week, finally! lol
i will be going three times a week for atleast 1 1/2 hours as i need to lose a lot of weight and get extremely fitter!

just wondering after my workout i will be sitting in the sauna, is this any good for you weight loss wise? cuz saunas obv make you sweat so would you lose more weight etc? or are they not a good idea to use after a workout?

Not really. While you will lose some weight, it's all water, and as soon as you drink again, you'll put the weight right back on. There not a bad idea, not just something that will help you lose weight
