I wear one from time to time when I workout. How do I make the most use out of one? When should I wear one and when should I not?

sauna suite, does it work

Hey guys, im ewelyn 5'4 126 pounds. I want to lose about 20 pounds in a month- month and a half. I bought recently a plastic suite that u put on to exercise and i was wondering has any body else tried it and if it works. When i exercises i dont really sweat and when i use the suite i do, but im not sure if its because my skin cant breath or is it because its making me work out more effective. Also i was interested in some help but i hate the effects pill have on me when it comes to sleep, i just stay up for hours. Do u guys know of any weigh loss pills that dont keep u up at night. Thanks in advance.

Both with the sauna suit and the diet pills...

Why do you want to lose weight so quickly?

Do it sensibly -lose 1 percent of your body weight a week -and in 6 weeks you'll be maybe 10lbs lighter - but healthy... and not mistreating your body..

Read around the forum....

When you think that your body doesn't sweat when you work out, what you are seeing is your body doing exactly what it needs to do. You really are sweating, even if you don't realize it. You sweat so the sweat can evaporate off of your skin. The process of water going from a liquid to a gas has to draw the energy from somewhere, meaning that your skin is going to cool. By sealing your body in a plastic bag or suit, you make it so that there is no more room for water in the air contained in the bag, and that water that was previously evaporating is now collecting on your body, meaning that instead of cooling yourself, you are just dehydrating yourself further, and allowing your body temperature to rise.

Unchecked, this will kill you.

Thank you for that, that has helped me tremendously, from torturing myself with no effect.

Also, my main goal is losing fat everywhere. Does lifting weights contribute to that or shouls i just stick wih the tred mill and cardio or continue with the weights. Aiming not for a victoria secret type of body skinny but some visible muscles, not to much

lifting weights helps with your metabolism and helps to build muscle (not bulk, you don't have enough testesterone for that) but muscle - so you won't look scrawny skinny..

Read the stickied threads in the exercise and on topic forums -you will get a lot of much needed information.. :D
