My question is when trying to reduce body fat, how much saturated fat is allowed? I eat a lot of low fat cheese like parmesan cheese, but it has saturated fat in it. Should I be emiliminating cheese completely???
saturated fat shouldn't exceed 12% of your daily calories.
the american heart association prefers under 10% of your daily calories, but they look at the 'typcial american' who's obese and doesn't get any physical exercise on a regular basis
