Hi. I have just started to lose some weight, (3 pounds.) My calorie count for the last few days looks like this, Sun 1315, Mon 1281, Tue 1143, and Wed 1489. Am taking regular exercise. Must walk/jog tomorrow!!
Weighed in today. Bad start - lost three pounds last week, but put a pound back on this week, I am not surprised. I will weigh in again when i have made more effort, need my head looking at if i don't.
Ty.. It is really hard trying to lose weight... you will have your good weeks and your bad weeks but dont let your bad weeks discourage you from dieting.. For the past 3 weeks I had only lost 1 lb. And now suddenly I've started to lose again! It really helps to motivate you when you see that you had lost some during the week and it makes you feel so good! This is the first time I've actually stuck with a diet for as long as I have (about 8 weeks) and I'm determined to get this weight off!! As far as your gain... When I first started exercising..(I wasn't dieting yet.. only exercise) I lost 19 inches but gained 5 lbs. so once you get your muscles toned up you should start to lose.. Yes it is hard. A few years back I lost 20 pounds, but it took me a looong time. (have kept most of the weight off.)You have done so well in 8 weeks. I’m glad you have started to lose again. I’m sure this will spur you on! (In the past when I have hit a plateau I’ve stopped dieting for a while, then when I go back on the diet I start to lose. But everyone’s different, this might not work for everyone.) Thanks for the tip on muscle.

ladies i am so sorry. It takes ages for me to lose weight and lately i have not been good at sticking to a diet on a daily basis, my eating is erratic. For the time being i am going to bow out, (and maintain this weight.) I am so sorry to let you down after your very welcoming and encouraging support. It really was so nice to 'meet' you, your progress is amazing and i'd love to continue to follow this (if i may.) I wish you all the best.
