Hi! How are you going about the weight loss? Do you know how you put the weight on? For me it was a combination of emotional eating, just eating way too much, eating more carbs than I really needed, and not getting enough exercise. I've maybe been here almost a year, and have lost 45 pounds so far. I still need to exercise more, but feel a lot better!
 
Hi Jessica! I really didn't lose any of my pregnancy weight that I kept on for 11 years until I started tracking calories (at the suggestion of Cate, one of my dear friends on here) with MyFitnessPal. Your laziness will tell you this is too hard, but if you just measure everything out with a measuring cup and be sure to eat only healthy fats and limit sugar and simple carb (white flour, potatoes, ...) intake, it starts to get easier and easier as you go. Once you start getting healthy you actually want to exercise. My advice is don't try to get both diet and exercise perfect at first. Just aim toward eating well first and getting used to exercising.
