Sport sandwiches?

You'll need to be more specific than "good for you"
There not good for anyone if they have bombs in them.

low fat spread on one slice. not butter on both.
Usually, the more brown and the more seeds, the better.
use lean meats and salad, not pre-packed patie meat.
use pepper, herbs and spices, dont use sauces.

like, turkey sandwich ,tuna sandwich? whats good? im not really sure how to ask just one of my classmates said that sandwiches are good for you..

Mmm.. Didn't you grow up with your parents constantly telling you to eat your sandwich rather than those fruit roll-ups all day? :) It depends on what sandwich you are eating, but yes, tuna and turkey are great for you on some whole wheat bread. Tastes awesome too..
 
Tuna and turkey are better than most other sandwhich options. As manofkent mentioned, processed stuff is worse. Fillers are also bad. So try to get "real" turkey or chicken.

White bread- not good. Wheat bread- usually not much better. Here are some of my favorite breads:

Pack on lots of veggies too. Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. Make it as healthy as possible.
