Same diet, DIFFERENT body...

In the past I have tried changing my diet/eating habbits AND training but struggled so much to keep BOTH going I eventually gave up. I now eat whatever I want and find weight training twice a week is helping me to look great and actually keep the body fat down. Has anyone else tried something similar?
 
no i havent. it sounds almost too good to be true! glad you found something that is working for you. :)
 
I just find it sssooooo difficult changing my eating habbits so when it comes to weight training I make sure I put ALOT of effort into that. I've been told its the extra muscle I've packed on that helps me keep the body fat down plus on my off training days I get on the rowing machine for 20-30 mins aswell...hhmmm...I suppose the rowing is kinda burning off fat too..
