Salut from Montreal

Hey guys/gals

I stumbled on this site while search for .. um.. fitness forums :D

I really want to get fitness and health concious in terms of activist and nutrition. So I hope I will be able to add some interesting positive elements to this website, and hope to gain a lot of valuable information!

Currently I wiegh 145 lbs and 5'10" I would like to reduce my body fat... and gain just a tiny bit more wiegh
