Sport Salad... ZZZZzzzzz

ok, so i want to start eating healthier and getting in better shape, and im not sure what to eat. I love salad dont get me wrong, im just not sure what to eat other than salad. i dont want to get stuck eating nothing but salad so does anyone have any suggestions of foods to eat?

another thing, im bad at cooking and im not a fan of low fat foods... so i have a feeling things are gonna be tough for me? any help is appreciated, thanks

Eat plent of raw foods i.e. fruits and veggies. I use to try to get 30-50 grms of protein with every meal and now I focuse on getting some type of raw food with every meal. I feel much better now and think I would really lean out this way if I could cut back on the Ben and Jerrys
 
Beware of the 'salad trap'--you can end up feeling like you ate healthy, but really if it's mostly lettuce and dressing, you missed the mark. (speaking from experience) I started to really lose weight by eating stir fry veggies with eggs or tofu, but of course use meat (for you carnivores) if you like.
