And I'd ditch the "low fat" dressing as 99% of the time all they do is up the carbs in them to make up for the taste. I'd go full fat dressing or olive oil and just ensure that it fits into your daily macro requirements.
The main reason I don't use dressing is because I have not found one I like. Plain salad is not too bad lol. I can handle olive oil though, could probably use more fats.
