Does Fat free salad dressing mess with the absorption of the nutrients in salad?

Same question for regular salad dressing, or olive oil. Is it better to eat w/ no dressing? (the way I eat it now)

Just check the ingredients for MSG and other little baddies.

Olive oil on salad is likely one of the "best" toppings for salad. As olive oil is ALWAYS best eaten unheated.
 
And I'd ditch the "low fat" dressing as 99% of the time all they do is up the carbs in them to make up for the taste. I'd go full fat dressing or olive oil and just ensure that it fits into your daily macro requirements.

The main reason I don't use dressing is because I have not found one I like. Plain salad is not too bad lol. I can handle olive oil though, could probably use more fats.
