Sport salad dressing ok to eat?

I have 3 sandwitches each day because I'm at school so they're easy to carry around. I use whole-wheat bread and no butter so I need something to make them less dry.

i found a Weight Watchers Cesear Salad Dressing which is very low in fat and tastes great with the lettuce I have in my sandwitches. Is this ok to keep using twice a day? (Not three because one sandwitch is peanut butter).
 
As long as the calories aren't too high. I love fat free italian dressing. Its a little high on sodium, but hey :D.
 
i used to say that, too - oh, sandwiches are the easiest thing and i use ww bread..then after i had gained 25 lbs., i starting eating lighter...

a coworker packs his lunch salads in ziplock bags and you know what - they're not that much more work or heavier than a sandwich. and you just thoraw away the bag. you can mix the dressing right in there, along with the protein or whatever else you're putting in there.

and a yogurt is carryable, as is coffee and fruit.

so - your 6 slices of bread might be okay for you, right now - but you should know, you do have options.
