I use this dressing frequently - it's quite nice on a spinach salad w/ manadarin oranges, almonds and some grilled chicken...

and doesn't taste low fat at all

I have a question related to this, but mine is mustard. The nutrition facts down the line look pretty healthy with 0's across the board and just a little sodium but fitday actually lists it to have calories.

Basically same question, is mustard safe? Or more harmful than the bottle suggests? The nutrition facts say 0 calories, 0 fat, 0 everything except a little bit of sodium on the BOTTLE. But when i go to fitday, fitday actually lists calories and fat for mustard. So which is true?

I think for some items, they can technically list something as 0 calories as long as it has less than 5 calories a serving... (that's how walden farms gets away with saying their products are calorie free/fat free/ taste free/etc)

SOme mustards do have a higher amount of calories than others do.

Fitday reads from the USDA database (I believe) and it might or might not have your exact brand of mustard... I'd go with what's on the food label, following their portion size. and enter it into fitday manually

Cool I will try it.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
