safe to do everyday?

Hey new poster here. I was wondering if this bodyweight program was safe to do everyday.
Each exercise has 2 sets of 25 reps. I do set one of each exercise and then go back and do set two.

Push ups
Reverse Crunches
Pull ups
Squats
Sit ups

If I can't do all 25 in a row ie.. (pullups) I take as long as I need to do them.
Thanks for any advice

I think you can do that every day. If you find that you're not recovering completely by the next day, do it every other day.

One thing I'd suggest is that your pullups be half the number of your pushups. If you can do 2 sets of 25 pushups, that's no big deal. But, 2 sets of 25 pullups is pretty serious. My thoughts are that with a pushup, you're handling only about half your body weight (probably more than half, but I'm guessing here) whereas with a pullup, you're handling 100% of your body weight. I just think that this way is (1) more realistic, and (2) more balanced. Your back and chest muscles counter-act each other. If one is stronger than the other, you'll have an imbalance which may make you more prone to injury.

Other than that, I think you have a decent body weight routine going. If the squats get easy, move one to single leg squats. Also, as 2 sets of 25 gets easier, move one to 2 sets of 30, 3 sets of 25, etc...

^^ agree with person above me

You can workout everyday if that's what you want..you'll have to give your muscles time to relax if you want to see em popping..your routine sounds more like overtraining your body = bad

Here's a little something that I do and Im sure that it would help improve your health and fitness tone and body.
Here it is:

Dont slow down, just set your mind to it, move forward and in time you'll see yourself in a better shape. Personally, from my own experience, seeing myself toner only gives me more encouragement to keep moving forward.

With Best of Hope,
Rusty
