Sacred Heart Diet and...

I was reading around and found this "Sacred Heart Diet"
It sounds ok and doesnt seem to bad.
I read that most of it or all is water weight and that once your done with it youll gain it right back.
But my question is... What diet do you think should be maintained after the Sacred heart diet.
I Want to use the SHD as a jumpstart to a better me sort of speak.
Any ideas,thoughts,comments would be greatly appreciated.
And I know there are some naysayers out there to this diet so go ahead and naysay :)

What are your current goals that you think you'd need a jumpstart - your jumpstart would probably take off 10 lbs then the second you started eating normally you'd gain back 7bls -not exactly a jump start you'd be hoping for.

Don't look for quick fixes - Lifestyle change with steady results is what will get you where you want to be and keep you there.

A jumpstart into healthier eating.
I'm not looking to doing this diet and then eatting normally.
I wanna use it as a stepping stone into better eating
 
Eating normally IS healthy eating and you will gain weight once you go off the sacred heart diet.

Spend some time reading the stickied threads in Nutrition and On Topic -those will give you a true jump start into healthy eating...
