?'s about different supplements

Well 1st off I found a local bargain store selling some products, and I think this store gets alot of products that have been sitting on the shelf at other stores and not selling very good, so maybe that should tell me that these products don't work, but because they are alot cheaper, I got to try and find out. 1 that I was going to try to get for my 14 year old nephew who has been lifting with me is a protein powder called Nitro Tech made by MuscleTech, there was also a Whey protein powder there also that I thought about for him. He plays basketball and is in good shape he just wants to get bigger and stronger.

Then for me I'm trying to lose my gut and put on some muscle, I'm currently taking ripped fuel extreme that my cousin bought at walmart and didn't like.
It's like 20$ abottle at walmart, but I found some just ripped fuel ephedra free for like 7$ at this store, they also had Thermo Shred by MuscleTech for 7$ at that store.

So mainly just curious is it ok to put a 14 year old on a protein shake and would either of those products work for him?

Then for me at 20$ a bottle is Ripped fuel extreme that much better than regular ripped fuel at 7$ a bottle or ThermoShred at 7$ a bottle?

Also Chromic Fuel by TwinLab Chromium Picolinate at 4$ a bottle I picked this up too and have been taking 1 of these a day with the RipFuel Extreme, does this stuff work?

I've just been taking the Extreme fuel and Chromic fuel for a few days now I do seem to have more energy. Just looking for some guidance?

nitro tech is just simply a protein powder as you stated. the hype around this product is very comical but since its just powdered protein, it would be fine for him to take.

as for the ripped fuel, my own personal opinion is that these supplements are better saved till within you are in sight of you goal. getting up to that point isnt too difficult but getting those last few inches or weight loss or points off bodyfat % can be the most difficult part. any little thing can help and if these products do work, they can help at this time.

when i work with ppl who are just starting to lose weight, i never have them take this because i feel it would be a waste of money at that time.
