Hi
I'm currently cutting and have a strict diet i try to stick to (1800 cals btw), and was wondering if Ryvita Original is suitable for cutting?
On the label it says:
Ryvita Original Rye Crispbread
Ingredients:
Wholegrain Rye Flour, Salt
Per Slice
32 cals
0.9 protein
6.7 carbs
0.2 fat
Its those biscuit things, and I was thinking of having one with cottage cheese as my last meal before bed (about an hour before). What do you reckon is it ok, or should I treat it like bread in saying that even though its made from natural ingredients it isn't ideal for strict cutting??
Any of you's use it?
Thanks...
