i am new to the post... i just have a question... i have been running for almost 2 months.... i have gotten up to 4 miles a day... and i love to run... it just feels good... i have only lost 6 lbs.... i jsut wonder if there is something more i need to do... do i need to add anything else to my routine or is running enough for me... i am watching what i eat closely.... i enjoy running but was just wondering??????
