ive just recently incooperated runing into my workout routine. I am going to be running 6-7 days a week for only 2 miles a day. In the mourning i eat turkey and eggwhites on a wrap and lunch i try and go with grilled chicken but unfortunately somedays my boss orders us chicken palm heros, i pick back up at dinner with grilled chicken or anythnig healthy. I workout 5 days a week and have a protein shake afterwards, i was just wondering how long its going to take at this pace to lose my stomach fat, im basically just looking for a rough estimate so i can keep my motivation up, im also open to any other suggstions to lose this fat. thanks in advance for any comments.
