running???

i am 13, 5.1" and 100 pounds.i did want to work out but not i just want to flatten my chest and stomach.i am thinking about running 1 mile a day and doing crunches.i tried a lot of stuff but nothing works my chest.(boob area?) can u tell me how to flatten my chest and stomach... thank you.

TG's right, you want to focus on fixing your diet. Refer to the board on this site labelled Sports Nutrition; there's a world of information there that can get you started. (And the more religiously you follow a clean diet, the quicker you'll slim down) Also, doing cardio will burn off calories and, if you're looking to slim down in the chest area, it would be a good idea to get into some sort of sport that taxes your upper body a lot (ie, boxing, climbing, competitive handstand racing).
