Hello people. i could do with a bit of help here, as a beginner runner ive been running 3 times a week 2-3 miles each run and my ankles hurt bad. Ijust run with the pain and it eases a bit, but pain aint going away, a friend of mine told me to buy some new trainers, another says im strengthening my ankles.i love my running just wanna feel a bit more comfortable on my feet anyone got some advice.x.x.x
