it will make a big diff. You will sweat so much more. People use this to help loose weight quicker.

Is it a good idea?

HELL NO!!!!! Your not loosing fat, just loosing water. This means you'll have less water in your system and heal slower. plus you'll also start to retain water and acctually look fatter. plus, running and making yourself dehydrated is bad for your brain and your body.

dont do it. Its for idiots only.
 
by burning fat and muscle.

When you have no more energy in your blood streem, your body starts to break down muscle and fat to use as fule.
 
Here is the deal... you loose weight when you have a caloric deficit... you don't consume enough energy (food) to meet the needs or your body... Excercising increases the need...

Studies have shown that excercising has little or no affect on total weight loss when compared to dieting alone... Sorry it stinks but that is how it goes...

BUT

There are 3 kinds of fat... subcutaneous... (between muscle and skin) Visceral (around organs) and intramuscular... (in your muscle like marble in a steak)... --edit--- hey I am not an expert there might be other fat too...---

What do you care about... probably subcutaneous... studies show those who excercise "burn" subcutaneous fat preferntialy... and those who diet alone burn Visceral fat preferentially... so if you just want to loose pounds... just diet... if you want to loose weight and notice a difference then excercise too...
