Running while sore?

Is it ok to run while your legs are sore? Today i ran and it didnt really feel like my legs were sore. It felt like they were barely sore but like a bunch of blood was collecting in the or something making them feel fat or somethin. The same thing with my lower back. I think its from lifting weights the day before. That powerclean gets your lower back. Should i get my runnin in on the same day on my weight training or does it matter? I just dont want to be running and making all that working out to gain muscle and just lose it by running. Can anyone plz enlighten me?
 
You can run when sore. And, you can run on weight day. Depending on your results that you want, you may want to run before or after your workouts. If you are looking for muscle mass, workout first then run. Endurance, or fat burning, run first.

Your muscles feeling engourged is prolly just lactic acid buildup.

Stretch lots after your runs and weight lifting.
 
Thx i think im gonna run this morning even tho im sore. Hope i can get the willpower to go out there and actually do it now lol.
