Is it ok to run while your legs are sore? Today i ran and it didnt really feel like my legs were sore. It felt like they were barely sore but like a bunch of blood was collecting in the or something making them feel fat or somethin. The same thing with my lower back. I think its from lifting weights the day before. That powerclean gets your lower back. Should i get my runnin in on the same day on my weight training or does it matter? I just dont want to be running and making all that working out to gain muscle and just lose it by running. Can anyone plz enlighten me?
