I can run at about 5.0 for 20 minutes on the treadmill with no incline before I get tired or bored (mostly bored).
I walk at a incline of 8-13 at 3.8-4.0 on the treadmill for 40 minutes.
Both options work up a real sweat, but since I don't like to run, does walking the hill do the same thing as far as fat burning?
