Running to keep in shape, but not to ...

Hey ya'll. I was wondering how many times a week I should run for to keep in shape, but not to lose weight. In other words i'd like to maintain my weight but not shed any pounds. Any suggestions? What duration and intensity should I run at?

CC it depends more on your diet in conjunction to the activity you want to do if your wanting to stay--near--maintaining your weight.
