Running to build endurance

I have a routing in place that is mon, wed, fri - h.i.i.t. and weight training. My goal is to drop 20lbs in 90 days. I also want to build my endurance and was thinking about doing a 45min jog/run on sun, tues, thur.

1. Will this accomplish my goals?
2. Will I be doing too much?
 
If you want to help yourself out even more and not have to run so much, try doing a serious atkins diet. No carbs for 7 days, then one day of light carbs. After that, continue with 3 days of no carbs, then 1 day of regular eating, and repeat that 3 day pattern. I lost almost 20 pounds in a month doing that with minimal work out.
