Monday: jog 30 min
Tuesday: sprint workout
Wednesday: jog 32 min
Thursday: sprint workout
Friday: jog 34 min
Is this a good way to build both endurance and speed? Is there anything you would change?
I'm running to get ready for track season at school and I want to improve my performance in football at the same time so I have a workout schedule for the week with a different muscle everyday on top of the running. Would it better to workout before or after running? Any differences in performance? I've heard that building alot of upper body strength slows you down, is this true?
