Running Routine

Greetings! :D

Here is my current running routine at the gym. I would appreciate it if you could give me your comments/recommendations. Thanks in advance.

1 lap = 0.25 miles

Speed : 3.5 MPH
Incline : 2 degrees
Laps : 1

Speed : 6 MPH (speed increased by 0.2 MPH per lap, max 7 MPH)
Incline : 2 degrees
Laps : 8

Speed : 3.5
Incline : 15 degrees
Laps : 2

Speed : 6 MPH (speed increased by 0.2 MPH per lap, max 7 MPH)
Incline : 0
Laps : 8
