I do a full body routine on Monday, Wed, and Fri. I started this a week ago.
I need to run too, and Before my full body routine i did 2 mile runs.
I want to get muscle endurance and not size, so i am doing a full body routine with more reps. I also want to increase my sprints and leg muscles
Should i run long distances, or do sprints? Or do both like Tues: sprint, thurs: run, Sat: sprint?
