Let's just say right off the bat that I don't have the money to join a gym. I simply don't have it, so it's not an option. With that in mind, I am still hoping to devise a bodyweight routine that will ensure I don't lose muscle while running. Does anyone have a full body routine I should performe along with cardio? Or does anyone have any advice/experience to share regarding a pure bodyweight fitness program? I'm not necessarily interested in building muscle or strength, I just don't want to lose what I have right now.
