Running Methods Plz Read

:confused: Hi every1

I have been trying out different running methods.. Which 1 is better? more effective for fat loss..

(1) 1min jog (speed 10)... 1min sprint (speed 18) for 15min.. burns around 250 calories..

or

(2) a straight 20min fast jog (speed 12... burns around 330 calories..

both i have on a gradient of 1.5....


My aim is to loose my body fat..

WiZ, if you wanna lose bodyfat, take a look at your diet first. As far as which running method is better, I would personally incorprate both into your workouts.
 
Thanks for the reply.... I have sorted out my diet.. Eating more proteins, less fats.. e.t.c..
