1. I recently quit judo and I began to lose weight. I'm guessing it's muscle since my arms are now flabby. Went from 110lbs to 108 lbs. Fluctuates but 108lbs is still the highest.

I was happy with this, but I think the muscle atrophy stopped. I've noticed though that my thighs are considerably slimmer. I want to keep the slimming going but I'm going to have to exercise now.

I decided to go running. Well, the last time I ran, I ended up eating what I burned. Maybe more. I jogged yesterday and I ended up over eating today because I felt so hungry.

I think I ate about 1,600 cals on breakfast and lunch alone. And I'm hungry right now.

The thing here is that maybe I can just exert self control that I never knew I possessed and stop eating so much. My goal is 1,000 calories per day but I usually end up eating around 1,300 cals which is my BMR number when I was 110 lbs. But I'm SO hungry. I try to make good food choices, but the calories are just so easy to pile up.

Stuff I like to eat/usually eat:

Cereal
Soy milk
RICE
egg plants
vegetables
fried chicken
occasional fast food
RICE
Vegetables
canned corned beef
canned ham
canned tuna

Stuff like that.

1,000 calories is too little for those types of food. Especially the rice. Any advice on what I should eat? Nothing complicated. College student here.

2. I ran and swam before and I noticed that my legs always get muscley. I buff up too easily and it doesn't go away unless I stop running or I starve. I think. DOES it really thicken my already thick legs? Jeez. I don't want the fats to get pushed up because of the muscle that's going to get slightly bigger. Dx And I can't burn fat properly since I eat too much because running makes me really really hungry!

Please help.

Summary:
Wut do i eat? i'm asian. need rice. must be under 1,000 cals a day.

me wanna run but my legs always get thick cuz i eat too much after n i get bulky quick.

HAHAHAHAHAHA, you are a walking stereotype. Aaaaawesome.

I don't know if it will help at all but after doing exercise I always ate an apple. It didn't take long before my mind started to associate exercise with apples and I actually crave one as soon as I've finished. Your body is getting to expect a massive feed up after exercise so you need to retrain it. It will be hard the first few times but should get much easier quite quickly. Also are you sure that you are drinking enough water because maybe you are mistaking thirst for hunger?

Walking stereotype! :D I can eat rice all day everyday forever!

And I'm only 4'10" so 108 is kind of high for me T_T

Apples sound good o.o For the past 3 days I've jogged, I ate an orange :3 Maybe I'll start craving them now haha. And I'm pretty sure what I feel is hunger. I'm very in tune with my stomach T_T Thanks for the advice! I'll eat lots of oranges because they're healthier than 2 cups of rice and a milk shake xD

Just be aware that even oranges have calories- weigh if you can as you may be suprized by your estimate. Same goes with apples (few are the 50kcals they are known to be).

1000Kcals is veeery low. I hope your able to be healthy on that. I know your height is tiny, and have to say I have not done any calorie requirement calculations on you but just be careful to keep things balanced to keep your body functioning properly.

Stick to wholegrain rather then white carbs as they tend to help with appetite control. If you eat refined foods they can heighten your blood sugars which then suddenly drop, its this drop which sends messages to your brain to "eat eat eat" and leaves you hungry and miserable, your brain thinks its starving and the messages it sends are borne of billions of years of human existance, it takes a great deal of energy to battle with that. Low GI and low GL foods will help with the blood sugar drops and at least give you a bit of a break from that.

But the fact you think you ate 1600kcals for lunch and breakfast alone worries me, if you cut too far you can end up with a binge-starve cycle which aside from promoting hormones like cortisol (responsible for fat being built around your midrift amoung other things) it leaves you feeling really miserable.

Look, see how it goes but if you find there is a sort of binge starve cycle being created here, maybe rewrite your plans, add in enough food that you don't binge and feel the need to starve (maybe divide up what you eat over a few days to see how much you need per one day) then stick to it. GRADUALLY reduce rather then aim to do it all at once. It wont come easy: if it were easy, dieting would not me a £$eu multi billion industry.
