In september I am going to Lanzarote for a week, which should be considerably hotter than the temperature in my gym, and more humid too!!
I am wondering is it safe to run during the daytime on the beach as I think it would be highly enjoyable. The thing is I will not be used to the heat and do not want to cause myself any harm by pushing my body too hard in unfamiliar conditions.
The hotel has a gym which I am sure will have treadmills, so should I stick to running inside or is it okay to go on the beach during the day?
I will likely just do 20 Mins in the gym HIIT on the treadmill each day and my weights about 3 days in the week....Yes yes I know it is supposed to be a holiday but I can fit a cardio and weight session into an hour anyway![Big grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
