Running day after leg exercise

Hello, I have a routine that I started that is lifting mon/wed/fri and run HIIT tues/thurs/sat/sun. I was wondering since wed is my lifting day for legs specifically, should I run on thursday (my legs are sore form yesterday). Is 3 days of HIIT enough for me? I am thin now about 10% bodyfat, but I would like to cut down to 6%
 
don't try and push hard if there's something wrong with your legs, you can do jogging some other time when your legs are fine.
