Running at night

Hey all, hope everybody is ok. Next week I plan to start running in the evening/night time, probably somewhere around 7 or 8pm, now what im curious to know is, given that I usually go to bed at around 10 or 11pm, will I be able to get to sleep? will I still be feeling energized from my run? or will enough time have passed for me to get to sleep? oh and I plan on running around 30-45 minutes. Thanks for your help. :)
 
You should be fine...you will have more difficulties from thinking (worrying) about it, than anything physiological...
 
I second that... as long as you leave an hour or so after your run... so you are sufficiently cooled off and any muscle twitching has passes you should have no problem going to sleep.
