Hey all, hope everybody is ok. Next week I plan to start running in the evening/night time, probably somewhere around 7 or 8pm, now what im curious to know is, given that I usually go to bed at around 10 or 11pm, will I be able to get to sleep? will I still be feeling energized from my run? or will enough time have passed for me to get to sleep? oh and I plan on running around 30-45 minutes.
