I was always a big guy my entire life and one
day i decided to start running, i went from
over 6"4" 200 not muscle to at a time 155, i
have now built my muscle up to 165, but i
love the run, i have been told that running
kills muscles, i lift hard m w f and run 3.5
miles in 30 min on thur and sun., i don;t
really want to gain weight, but a little
more muscle would be nice, i am jsut afraid
that if i stop running i will ballon back to
215, what are some good cardio workouts or
should i just run less, my diet is great, 4-5
meals a day, all good fats monosaturated and
polysaturated, all whole grains, and a ton of
fruit and veggies, please correct my unkowing
running and lifting miscues
