I have some advices to request, if justified, concerning my stretching session after a running session (whatever distance is concerned, from 5K to 10K).
Because I'm very flexible (due to my yoga practice), I need to extend very high my legs to feel that a stretch occurs, almost until a full split each time.
Are there any advice to achieve them properly ? Is that a problem I should pay attention ? Or not ?
Is there any people in that case ?
