Running 1x a week?

My workout schedule is pretty packed.

Bootcamp monday
turbo kick tuesday
bootcamp and lifting wednesday
turbo kick thursday
p90x/crossfit friday
insanity saturday
yoga/off sunday

I've always loved running and I want to add it into my schedule.. I can't really fit more than 1x a week in. Currently I can run about 3 miles but want to get better (both in distance and speed), is this possible if I run only 1x a week, or am I wasting my time?

I'm sure it's possible. I can't give you a routine to ensure that it definitely does happen, but I wouldn't count yourself out. Plus, with the bootcamp and turbo kick you're definitely getting cardio in there, so that should help to at least supplement the running.

Why are you working out every day?

I don't think you will get much faster running 3 miles / week, but that doesn't mean its a waste of time! A weekly run will probably allow you to maintain your fitness so if your schedule (or priority) changes you will be in position to improve your running.

I go to bootcamp 2x a week and I teach another 2x a week, so that's 4 days. I love p90x and insanity so I wanted to work those in.. I give myself an off day every week though

Yeah I think if you really want to improve your running significantly, you're going to have to compromise one of those other days. You'll have to do it more than once a week, but like I said, the other stuff is good cardio too. It depends on what you really want to do with running. Or you could just add it on one of the days you do other stuff?

I think you need to look at your program and review your goals. If you want to achieve a faster time and more distance in running, I would suggest twice a week at least. One session should include intervals and hill sprints while the other should be a normal run.
