I have a gross question for everyone. Sorry if it is inappropriate but I am at a loss of what to do. I have been running for awhile now, but I can't seem to go any farther. Once I finish the 3rd mile I have to run to the bathroom. Physically, I feel that I can run more but I need to go to the bathroom in the middle of my run. Is there anything to help this? I am assuming it is has something to do with my diet but I didn't know if there is something else. Thanks for your help.
