I am new to this website. I am hoping it will keep me on track and inspired. I love to run. It usually keeps me in shape, but lately I have been really off. I have had several work trips and they have totally thrown off my body. I have done well this week though. I have eaten well... lots of fruits and vegetables. I ran 4 miles Monday, Tuesday I ran 2 and biked 5, Wednesday I did the eliptical machine for 30 minutes. Tonight I hope to run 2 miles before heading out on a weekend trip.

Since this is my first post, I think I should do a "status report."

Weekend Review

Holiday weekends make it hard to keep to your diet. I tried to be healthy. I made sure to include fruit and veggies when I could. But this weekend there was so much chocolate around!! Luckily I spent most of the weekend walking around an amusement park, so at least I was able to get some exercise in.
Now for Monday... getting back into the "normal" schedule. I woke up early, and did a long yoga routine, and did some arm toning exercises. I will hit the gym tonight. My goal, 4 miles on the treadmill.
