rubbed raw

I don't jog very far but I do jog far enough to suffer from raw nipples. As a man this is a hard question to ask but how do I keep this from happening? I wear moisture wicking shirts and would like to continue to do so. I tried bandaids but they fell off because of sweating and rubbing of the shirt. If any one has a solution to this I would appreciate it.

Body Glide, it's a product specifically designed for this. I use it everywhere.

Compression shirt, or lube, yeah. I always run in compression shirt + shorts (with a real shirt and real shorts over them, relax, people, the F man is no eye rapist ;) ) and haven't had any issues at all thus far.

If nothing's moving around and no naked skin is rubbing, chafing is basically impossible. Moisture wicking shirt isn't gonna do **** for you if it's a loose fit. :)

I'm not really comfortable with the prospect of lubing up my nipples for a run. I'd be worried people can see the dark spots. And compression shirts feel nice, so.

I use some Vaseline on the nips when I wear my wetsuit for surfing. It doesnt come off easily in water so sweat will probably be the same. It is cheap as well.

yeah i use bodyglide too but its hard to get enough of it on your nipples...it works great for preventing chafing in all other areas. some shirts will chafe more than others too so I have a couple that are better for long runs than others.

Try Nike Dri fit
