Routine?

Hi,
I am probably asking the impossible here. But i am wanting to build up my upper body strength/size, yet I am on a budget as can not afford to go to the gym.
Equipment I have is dumb bells, chin up bar and incline sit up bench. Can someone suggest a routine for me to do?
Is it worth while getting an Ezebar or straight bar?
 
Alright there are a couple of good routines you can do that meet your equipment. Try out the body weight 500. You can just look that up. It is pretty hard but just do as much of each as you can. You can also try the spartan 300 bodyweight workout. Those are my suggestions.
